Disassembly and reassembly

Lift or jack up the forklift truck, and then support it with safety blocks or rigid stands.
To prevent the truck from moving, apply wheel chocks to tires.
Before disconnecting lead wires, make a record of their connections.
When disconnecting hydraulic piping, cap the piping to prevent dust from getting into hydraulic components and pipes.
Always disconnect Battery plug.

Before removing a high pressure hose, push Lift lever forward (fork downward operation) several times while keeping the key switch ON, and remove the pressure inside the pipe. Do not perform any lever operation other than the lift downward lever operation, because the pressure is applied when hydraulic motors are operated.
