Manual Extract: HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION

The hydraulic system controls all main functions of the machine. The power unit drives hydraulic pumps and supplyies hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic motors which convert this form of energy into kinetic energy.
Distribution through the machine is assured by pipes and pressure hoses. Other controlling, regulating and safety componants are installed in the circuit.

• Electrovalves, safety and control valves, hydrostatic locks.

The hydraulic system consists of the following circuits: • Hydraulics for travel + hydraulic regulators • Hydraulics for vibration
• Hydraulics for control
• Hydraulics for lifting
• Hydraulic reservoir

DIAGRAM OF THE HYDRAULIC CIRCUITS
• Hydraulic circuit connection is identical in both circuits.
Differences are only in the types of the pumps and hydraulic motors used.
• The SV212 machine uses a 90r042 pump and 90m042 hydraulic motor for vibration.
• The SV216 machine uses a 90r055 pump and 90m055 hydraulic motor for vibration.

Further differences are in the adjustment of a control pressure by-pass valve in the body of the vibration pump, where on the SV212 its pressure is set to 42 bar (609 psi), and on the SV216, 28 bar (406 psi).
Control pressure setting in the bodies of travel pumps is identical in both cases – 22 bar (319 psi). Operation of the individual closed circuits or their parts is described in detail in the following part.
