These service instructions cover descriptions for dismantling and assembling the gear, filling/changing the oil and measures in the event of leakage. Complete overhaul of the gear is such an extensive piece of work that it should be carried out in a workshop by specially trained personnel.

Setting selector: at the truck start up the default settingis P (programmable); H (high) or L (low) settings can be selected pulling the push button several times. On the dashboard, three leds, as indicated at page 14 paragraph 11, will show the selected condition.

P: – Maximum drive speed.
– Acceleration and braking action are optimised for low energy consumption.
– Parameter change function enabled.

H: – Hight drive speed.
– Strong acceleration and braking action.
– Parameter change function disabled.

L: – Reduced drive speed.
– Soft acceleration and braking action.
– Parameter change function disabled.

N) Low speed selector: it limits the maximum drive speed of the truck by the set percentage ( from 10% up to 90% ). See on page 103 and 129 (Parameter change function, DualAC2 traction unit) paragraph “CUTBACK SPEED”.
