RETURNS POLICY
If you have not downloaded the manual you can return or request a refund for a product for up to 14 days after the receipt date. The Repair Manual only offers store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. After 14 days after the receipt date, a refund cannot be offered. All returned items must meet the below criteria to be entertained.
 To be eligible for a return, the item must be a damaged PDF that is a PDF Manual that cannot be opened or is unreadable (blur images and text).
- Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
- Once our distribution center receives your returned request via email, please allow up to 3 days for us to process your request.
- Once your request is processed and approved you will receive an email with a digital store credit for the net amount of the item(s) returned, that can be used immediately.
- All returns request must be sent to this email address only: support@therepairmanual.com
- If the return does not meet the criteria above, the return will be rejected and discarded and a refund will not be issued.
- The Repair Manual does not hold or accept responsibility for incorrect email inserted during checkout.
If you have received an incorrect item or have experienced another issue with your order, please contact support@therepairmanual.com within 3 days of receiving your order number.
Refunds for Returns:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, you will receive an email with your digital store credit for the net amount of the item(s) returned.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:
The Repair Manual reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history.
- Items does not meet the eligible criteria for return.
Similarly, The Repair Manual reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
