Each John Deere pump drive has a serial number plate and a specification number/configuration code plate. The serial number plate features a 13-digit alphanumeric serial number. The specification number/configuration code plate has two lines: the top line for the specification number and the second line for the alphanumeric configuration code.

Important: Mask the Serial Number Plates and Specification Number/Configuration Code Plates when painting pump drives to keep the information legible for service and warranty purposes. These plates now include bar-coding.
