These service instructions cover descriptions for dismantling and assembling the gear, filling/changing the oil and measures in the event of leakage. Complete overhaul of the gear is such an extensive piece of work that it should be carried out in a workshop by specially trained personnel.

Electronic hour meter
The hour meter provides work time readings in fractions of an hour. It is activated by insertion of the ignition key. Makes it possible to programme work on the basis of battery life and facilitates the calculation of servicing periods.

Electronic control unit temperature warning light
Lights up when the temperature is too high. This warning light indicates that the electronic control has reached an extremely high temperature; under these conditions, to return within the maximum temperature limits, the electronic control gradually reduces (to zero) the maximum current supplied and, as a result, truck performance. A short break, to allow cooling, is sufficient to restore all initial potential.
