TENSION PULLEY Removal And Installation ( Manual extract sample)

Remove the bolt (Item 1) [A] form the idler pulley pivot arm.
Remove the thrust washer (Item 2) [A], ORings (Item 3) [A] and spring (Item 4) [A].
Check all parts for damage or wear and replace them as needed.

NOTE: When making any repairs, replace the bronze bushing (Item 5) [A] with a new style nylon
bushing. Clean all parts and assemble dry.

AIR CLEANER
Removal And Installation
Loosen the hose clamp on the air cleaner intake hose (Item 1) [B].
Loosen the hose clamp on the intake manifold hose (Item 2) [B].
Disconnect the hose from the manifold.
Remove the air cleaner housing mounting bolts (Item 3) [B].
Installation: Tighten the bolts to 2528 ft.lbs. (3438 Nm) torque.
Remove the mounting bolts below the air cleaner.
Move the air cleaner housing out of the engine compartment and disconnect the wires from the sender unit [B].
Remove the air cleaner [C].
