Disassembly
· Split Tractor between front transmission and engine.
· Remove bolts holding shift housing and remove housing.
· Remove wires holding shift rail retaining bolts and remove rail with fork.
· When removing shift rails be careful that detent balls do not fly out and become lost.
Reassembly
· Reverse procedures to install shift linkage with the following additional information.
· Lubricate grooves in shift rails
