When removing covers which are under internal pressure or under pressure from a spring, always leave two bolts in position on opposite sides. Slowly release the pressure, then slowly loosen the bolts to remove.

• Center the backhoe and leave the backhoe plate unlocked.
• Lower the outriggers to the ground, curl the bucket and allow it to rest on the ground on its back.
• Apply the parking brakes, stop the engine and remove the starting key.
• Release all residual pressure by operating the hydraulic controls (including any optional device pedals) several times in all directions.

1. Remove screws and remove control pedal for hammer (if equipped).
2. Remove metal floor cover (7) closing off the floor.
3. Disconnect all hoses and hydraulic lines.
• Ensure that all hoses are marked. Disconnect the hoses from the control valve starting from upper hoses (8).
• Plug all pipes and hoses immediately to prevent contamination.
4. Disconnect connector (10) from solenoid valve (9).
5. Disconnect links (12) from control valve (11).
